The Mercer Apartment Homes are such a great place to live. The construction is solid, making it very quiet, and they keep the premises clean—what's not to love about the proximity to the light rail and the Mercer Island Farmers Market? As a single female living alone, I always felt safe in the secure building.

The leasing and maintenance staff are great. They are helpful, considerate and professional. Most importantly, they listen to your feedback and work on addressing them. It does take time since their resources are limited but I do appreciate their persistent effort.

11/10 experience, I was looking at several apartments. Let me tell you it was a rollercoaster shopping. We viewed multiple apartments, a majority of the places I went too the place was dirty, staff was rude and judgmental. Stefany were amazing to work with, they explained everything clearly and wasn’t pushy as all. Apartment is amazing, got my keys and the place was spotless. So far 5 months in 0 complaints.
